Carriers responsibility Snooztime Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for delays,
(or damage/losses of orders or part there-of) of any orders after collection or acceptance of the parcels from our warehouse by carriers.
After carriers have accepted parcels/orders, they are the responsibility of that carrier.
Customer Collect
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our warehouse and save the cost of shipping by choosing the 'customer collect' option during the ordering process.
The order-form will then calculate the order total, (minus the shipping charge), and the customer is only charged for the
products.
The warehouse, and dispatch dept. at Snooztime Ltd. are
notified, and the order is stored at the warehouse, awaiting collection by the customer.
Collection of orders must be made between 10.ooam, and 4:oopm, (Monday to Friday) and 10:30am to 12:oo Noon (Saturday.)
Larger orders may be collected outside these hours by prior appointment...
NOTE: a collection arrangement fee may be applied for out-of-hours collection... contact

Orders are held at our warehouse for a period of 10 days, after which time a storage/handling fee of £2.oo is payable per week, or part there-of, until collection is made.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK Shipping is via Royal Mail,... is
dispatched 'First Class' and is collected from our warehouse daily,
Mon to Friday
at 12 Noon.
Orders placed on-line after 11:oo am will be dispatched on the next day's Royal Mail collection from our warehouse.
There is no collection from Snooztime Ltd. by Royal Mail on Sat; Sunday; or Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail suggest a delivery time across the UK of between
three(3) to five(5) business, or 'working days'
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, and Éire
may take a day or two longer
Note: Snooztime Ltd., may (on occasions, and at no extra charge)
choose to up-grade the shipping method, and dispatch larger value UK Orders (normally £60.oo or over)
via Interlink Express 'Next Day' service.
If we up-grade the shipping method we will inform the customer via email
in the normal 'Order Status' notification. Customers will also receive
their tracking number for this service
Delivery outside the UK, (dispatched via Royal
Mail 'Air Post')
Customers from the USA are reminded that Snooztime
operate a United States HQ, and are based in Texas.
Shoppers from the US should firstly check on the Snooztime (US)
website www.snooztime.com
before shopping with Snooztime Europe.
This would allow purchasing in Dollars $US, and avoid costly
shipping charges.
Shipping from the UK to the US takes a very long time, and is
expensive!
Across most European Continental destinations delivery can take up
to 15 working days!
However, recent experiences have shown delays of up to 20 'Working' Days
to some destinations, especially to Spain, Portugal, Norway, and
Sweden!
Snooztime Customers in these locations, and some other
destinations, report a great deal of
fluctuation and delays in delivery times across
Europe.
Snooztime Ltd., have no control over this, and can not guarantee
these delivery times for products, as this is entirely in the
shippers hands.
Because of restrictions by Royal Mail in allowable
package sizes, some 'multi-pillow' orders may have to be
'broken' into separate parcels.
Minimum charge for the UK delivery option is £4.oo. Larger, or
'Multiple Pillow' orders are charged extra, on a sliding scale,

Overnight UK Delivery Via Interlink!
Snooztime Ltd have negotiated an 'Over-Night'
or 'Next Day' delivery facility
(UK Mainland only) with 'Interlink
Express' for customers who require this service.
This service is available during the final part of the ordering
process, in the form of a 'pull down' option.
Orders for UK 'Next Day' delivery must be completed on-line
before 12:oo Noon. Mon to Thurs (no pick-up's or deliveries on Sat-Sundays or Bank
Holidays)
Orders made on-line after 12:oo Noon on Thursday ... will be
picked up on Fri, and
delivered via Interlink on the following Monday.
Orders made after 12:oo Noon on Friday ... will be
picked up by
Interlink Express on the following Monday, and delivered on the following Tuesday.
There are no collections at our warehouse by Interlink Express
after 12:ooNoon Friday, until Monday.
A fee of £6.50 is chargeable for Over-Night / Next-Day single pillow orders

Calculating Delivery Charges
During the Ordering process customers
browse and add items to their cart. When satisfied
with their purchases, customers may then click on the 'Checkout' button.
This brings them to a page where they can view the contents of their cart.
The cart contents shows a breakdown of the order, the prices of items, and any discounts which apply at the present time
At this juncture customers are asked if they are satisfied with
the details of contents in their cart,
and they may make adjustments including the numbers of individual items etc.
Clicking the 'Checkout' button again brings up
the Customer Details page. This page requires
the customer's details, and also the delivery address if this is
different to the billing address.
It is possible at this stage to add additional information
or instructions eg. information for delivery men, whether
the shipping address is a commercial location etc.
Customers have the opportunity here to choose their preferred
shipping method, or to choose to 'collect at our warehouse' to
avoid shipping charges, via a drop-down menu.
At this (and at all stages) it is possible to return to the
shopping cart by clicking on the 'View Cart'
link at top of the page, where one can make changes again if required.
Clicking on the Checkout button again will
bring up the next page in the process.
This page will show the shopping cart contents again, ..
However, the cart will now show the order details,
... the prices of
the items, .. AND the shipping charges
... which will
be levied to this particular order.
The Customer may then click on the checkout button to
confirm
their order.
Please Note: No payment is made, or
requested until this final confirmation is made.
When the customer confirms their order they are passed
to our secure payments providers pages (operated by 'SagePay')
Snooztime Ltd have no access to these pages and the
customer deals securely and exclusively with this merchant bank. At the successful
conclusion of this process, the customer receives a confirmation
email-receipt from SagePay, and is then returned to our
website on our Thank You page. (Should the transaction
be unsuccessful, the customer receives notice to that effect
from SagePay, and is then returned to our
website on our 'Sorry' page.
In due course, normally after about 10 minutes,
Snooztime Ltd receive notice from SagePay
as to the success or failure of the transaction.
Snooztime Ltd receive payment from
SagePay 24 Hours after the transaction.
